Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Test Automation Engineer to develop, maintain, and execute automated tests across enterprise-scale and complex systems.
- The successful candidate will support test automation frameworks, regression execution, automation enablement, and the development, enhancement, or integration of AI‑assisted tools related to testing and productivity enablement.
- The role requires experience working with various automation tools and the ability to adapt to different tools based on system requirements or specific use cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated tests using tools such as Tosca, Playwright, Java Script, and API automation.
- Support test automation frameworks, regression execution, and automation enablement initiatives.
- Support the development, enhancement, or integration of AI‑assisted testing and productivity tools as required by SGX.
- Review the existing automation landscape, including automation tools, test scripts, frameworks, and automation coverage.
- Analyze business and technical requirements to identify suitable automation opportunities.
- Identify the required test scenarios, test scripts, and test data to support automated execution.
- Create or obtain the required test data by coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
- Build, maintain, and execute automated regression test suites.
- Execute automated test scripts and analyze the results.
- Log, track, manage, and retest defects until successful resolution.
- Work effectively across various automation tools where tool selection may vary depending on the system or use case.
- Support enterprise‑scale and complex application environments.
- Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in Test Automation and Quality Engineering.
• Hands‑on experience with one or more of the following
- Tosca
- Playwright
- Java Script
- API Test Automation
- Experience supporting and maintaining test automation frameworks.
- Strong experience building, maintaining, and executing automated regression test suites.
- Experience supporting enterprise‑scale or complex systems.
- Ability to work with different automation tools based on system requirements and use cases.
- Strong understanding of requirement analysis, test scenarios, test scripts, test data preparation, test execution, and defect management.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
