We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Analyst with strong experience in manual testing to ensure high-quality software delivery across projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and use cases
- Design, develop, and execute manual test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts
- Perform functional, regression, smoke, sanity, system, and UAT testing
- Identify, log, track, and retest defects using defect tracking tools
- Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and product teams
- Validate fixes and ensure timely defect closure within SLA
- Prepare and maintain test documentation, test reports, and test evidence
- Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback on testability
- Support UAT cycles and production validation when required
- Ensure adherence to QA processes, standards, and best practices
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in QA / Manual Testing
- Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC
- Experience with defect tracking tools and test management tools
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
