Job Description
- We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Technical Consultant with strong expertise in ABAP development for SAP HCM, Success Factors, and Payroll.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting SAP HCM and Success Factors technical solutions, while collaborating with functional teams to deliver scalable and high‑quality HR applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, enhance, and support SAP HCM and SAP Success Factors custom developments.
- Develop and maintain RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows).
- Perform technical development using ABAP for SAP HCM modules.
- Develop and support payroll‑related custom programs, reports, and enhancements.
- Design and implement integrations between SAP S/4HANA and SAP Success Factors.
- Work on HR data migration activities, including data conversion and validation.
- Develop technical objects using BAPIs, BADIs, User Exits, Enhancement Framework, IDocs, RFCs, and ALE.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Support system enhancements, testing, deployment, and production issues.
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in SAP HCM Technical (ABAP) Development.
- Hands‑on expertise in developing HR‑related ABAP objects for SAP HCM and Success Factors.
- Strong knowledge of SAP HCM data structures and Infotypes.
- Experience with Payroll‑related developments and reporting.
- Expertise in developing RICEFW objects.
- Experience integrating SAP S/4HANA with SAP Success Factors.
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA migration projects.
- Familiarity with HR data migration tools and methodologies.
- Strong technical expertise in BAPIs, BADIs, User Exits, Enhancement Framework, IDocs, RFCs, and ALE.
- Excellent problem‑solving, debugging, and analytical skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
