We are seeking a skilled Performance Test Engineer with strong expertise in Micro Focus LoadRunner to design, develop, and execute performance testing strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating test scripts, analyzing application performance, and ensuring systems meet defined performance benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute performance test scripts using Micro Focus LoadRunner to simulate real-world user scenarios.
- Record application workflows and design test cases for performance, load, stress, and scalability testing.
- Analyze test results and identify performance bottlenecks, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Fine-tune testing parameters to align with expected performance metrics and business requirements.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to define and validate performance test scenarios.
- Monitor application behavior under load and ensure system stability and responsiveness.
- Prepare detailed performance test reports and share findings with stakeholders.
- Participate in all phases of the testing lifecycle, ensuring adherence to QA standards and processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong hands‑on experience with Micro Focus LoadRunner (mandatory).
