Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Program / Project Management Lead to drive end-to-end delivery of New Product Introduction (NPI) and Prototype Programs with a strong focus on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and innovation.
This role will be instrumental in accelerating product development, ensuring seamless collaboration across global teams, and delivering successful product launches that drive measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead End-to-End Program Delivery for NPI and prototype initiatives, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, quality, and business objectives.
- Develop and manage Program Plans, Governance Frameworks, project schedules, and executive reporting mechanisms.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Global Teams including Business, Engineering, Product Management, Partners, and Channel Organizations across Singapore, India, and Europe.
- Translate business requirements into actionable Delivery Roadmaps using a Data-Driven and AI-Informed approach.
- Identify and manage Risks, Dependencies, Issues, and Escalations, ensuring proactive mitigation strategies.
- Track program health through KPIs, Milestones, Dashboards, and Executive Reporting.
- Drive effective communication, stakeholder alignment, and transparency across geographically distributed teams.
- Champion Continuous Improvement, operational excellence, and innovation-led delivery practices.
