We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Lead to drive the transformation of talent management capabilities for enterprise clients. In this role, you will lead the design and delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud Talent solutions, partnering with business and technology stakeholders to enable data-driven workforce strategies and sustainable organizational change.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation and delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud Talent modules, including Performance Management, Talent Review, Succession Planning, and Career Development.
- Translate HR strategies and business requirements into scalable Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
- Provide functional leadership across projects, ensuring high-quality design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Drive talent transformation initiatives, including adoption strategies and change management.
- Collaborate with HR leaders, technical teams, and integration partners for seamless delivery.
- Mentor and coach team members, promoting high performance and capability development.
- Support solution proposals, estimations, and thought leadership in Oracle HCM Talent.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in HR transformation or HCM consulting, with a strong focus on Talent Management.
- Proven experience leading Oracle HCM Cloud Talent implementations.
- Strong knowledge of performance management, succession planning, and career frameworks.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Ability to convert business requirements into functional solutions.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in complex, global, multi-country environments.
Preferred Qualification:
- Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Management Certification experience in workforce transformation and future-of-work initiatives.
- Exposure to HR analytics or other Oracle HCM modules.
