We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Data & Systems Support Analyst to support the integrity, accuracy, and reliability of HR master data within the e-HR system. The role involves close collaboration with HR practitioners and data owners, data analysis and rectification, reporting, and documentation to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with HR practitioners to maintain the integrity of master data stored in the e-HR system, including data profiling, patching, rectification, correction, and reporting.
- Provide analysis and consultation to address operational issues, identify root causes of data problems, and implement effective resolutions.
- Coordinate with data owners to perform sequential deletion and insertion of HR events to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Prepare data reports and statistics for submission to relevant authorities for review and endorsement.
- Maintain and update system documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Data Catalogues.
- Support day-to-day operational activities related to HR data and systems.
Education & Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Science, Engineering, or an equivalent discipline.
Required Competencies & Skills
- Good knowledge of Information Technology, particularly SAP HCM ERP or HCM SaaS solutions.
- Strong understanding of data design and structures within SAP HCM ERP or HCM SaaS platforms.
- Proven ability to investigate issues, perform root cause analysis, and propose effective solutions.
- Proficiency in SQL programming (preferred).
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel functions.
- Good planning, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Strong written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
- A collaborative team player who is responsible, conscientious, and dependable.
- Resourceful, independent, proactive, and responsive in handling tasks.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Information Technology; experience working with SAP HCM ERP (preferred).
- Experience in operations support, including end-user support, troubleshooting, and testing (preferred).
- Hands-on experience and competency in SQL programming (preferred).
