We are seeking passionate Full Stack Engineers to join product teams focused on building impactful digital solutions for government agencies. In this role, you will work within cross-functional product squads comprising Product Owners, Product Managers, UX Designers, Quality Engineers, and fellow Engineers to develop user-centric applications that improve public services and citizen experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full‑stack applications using modern technologies.
- Collaborate closely with government stakeholders and product teams to understand user needs and deliver high‑quality digital solutions.
- Participate in the full product lifecycle, from ideation and design through development, deployment, and continuous improvement.
- Build clean, maintainable, and reusable code that supports rapid product iteration and long‑term scalability.
- Conduct code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices to maintain high product quality.
- Promote and adopt modern software engineering practices, including Agile, Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery (CI/CD), and DevOps.
- Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while ensuring application performance, reliability, and security.
- Contribute to technical knowledge‑sharing sessions, innovation initiatives, and continuous improvement activities.
Required Skills & Experience
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong programming fundamentals and software engineering principles.
- Hands‑on experience in modern web application development using: ReactJS, TypeScript, Angular, .NET / .NET Core.
- Experience developing cloud‑based applications and working with modern software delivery practices.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross‑functional product environment.
- Passion for leveraging technology to deliver meaningful public‑sector outcomes.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with AWS cloud services and deployments.
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform.
- Experience with Docker, containerization technologies, and cloud‑native architectures.
