We are looking for a Data Migration / Conversion Lead to drive end-to-end execution of healthcare data migration and conversion initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong healthcare domain expertise, experience in system integrations, data transformation, and the ability to manage multiple projects while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute data migration/conversion activities following client-defined methodology.
  • Support development and execution of migration/conversion project plans.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and project teams to ensure successful delivery.
  • Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Provide regular project status updates and progress reporting.
  • Support go-live activities, troubleshoot issues, and drive resolution.
  • Analyze complex business workflows and translate them into migration requirements.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and successful system integration throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in data migration/conversion projects.
  • Strong healthcare domain knowledge.
  • Experience with system integration and interfacing technologies (HL7, SFTP, DICOM).
  • Strong knowledge of databases and SQL.
  • Ability to understand and analyze complex workflows and business processes.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented, self-driven, positive attitude, and collaborative team player.
