We are seeking a dynamic Change Management Practitioner to drive and support organizational change initiatives. The role focuses on enabling smooth transitions to target operating models by implementing structured change strategies, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring adoption across teams. The ideal candidate will bring a balance of analytical thinking, stakeholder engagement, and execution capability.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of change management initiatives to enable successful transition to the target state.
- Define and track metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of change programs and recommend corrective actions.
- Work independently and contribute as a subject matter expert in change management practices.
- Actively participate in team discussions and provide practical solutions to work‑related challenges.
