This is a hands-on, client-facing opportunity with exposure to both finance and IT transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities / Required Skillset
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements, ensuring clarity on project objectives and deliverables.
- Process Analysis: Analyze current business processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities. Develop process maps and workflow diagrams to illustrate current and future states.
- Solution Development: Work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize solutions that meet business needs and improve operational efficiency.
- Data Analysis: Perform data analysis to support decision-making and provide actionable insights into business performance. Develop dashboards and reports to communicate findings effectively.
- Project Management Support: Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring projects to ensure timely delivery within budget. Provide regular status updates to stakeholders using tools such as JIRA.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation including business requirements, process flows, and project plans, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.

Educational & Professional Requirements: Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Good-to-Have Skills:
