You will manage issue intake, triage, evidence collection, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication across MDE, MDCA, and Purview.
Responsibilities include ticket lifecycle management, runbook adherence, and collaboration with SOC, Compliance, Identity, Endpoint, and Infrastructure teams.
