Job Description We are looking for a highly skilled Custom Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable custom software solutions that meet business and technical requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in software engineering, application development, system design, and modern development frameworks. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, contribute to technical decisions, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy custom software applications and components. Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. Develop and enhance software systems using modern programming languages and frameworks. Build and integrate REST APIs, microservices, and enterprise applications. Participate in software architecture, design reviews, and technical discussions. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application performance and reliability issues. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and Development teams. Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives. Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance across teams.
