We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Assistant Relationship Manager to join our high-performing Wealth Management team. In this crucial role, you will be the essential link between our Relationship Managers, our Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) clients, and internal support functions. This is an excellent opportunity for a financial services professional to deepen their expertise in a dynamic, client-centric environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Service & Transaction Management: Act as a primary point of contact for processing client requests, including payments, account openings, fund applications, and inquiries. Deliver proactive, accurate, and efficient day-to-day client service, anticipating needs and resolving issues promptly. Take ownership of client communication and the preparation of portfolio reports and meeting materials. Nurture strong, trust-based client relationships to support retention and satisfaction.
- Operational & Administrative Support: Support Relationship Managers with client onboarding, account maintenance, and due-diligence documentation. Collaborate closely with Compliance, Legal, Settlements, and other internal departments to ensure flawless processing of all client activities. Monitor client accounts and assist in ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements. Troubleshoot operational issues using internal systems and track the progress of administrative tasks.
- Risk, Compliance, and Conduct: Gather client risk objective information and collaborate with the investment team on risk profile management. Strictly adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and the firm's code of conduct. Uphold the highest standards of professional conduct, including acting with integrity, exercising due skill and care, and treating clients fairly. Follow all internal controls, compliance policies, and procedures.

- Experience & Qualifications: Proven experience in financial services, ideally within wealth management or private banking. Direct experience supporting Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) clients is a significant advantage. A strong understanding of financial products, account structures, and the regulatory environment.
