A well regarded city based investment manager is looking to recruit an Customer Services professional.
The role will focus on providing a high level of service to retail investors and financial advisers , handling queries and supporting the administration of a range of tax-efficient investment products.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage investor and adviser queries via telephone and email.
- Process investor transfers, redemptions and exits.
- Support investor communications, valuations, reports and factsheets.
- Assist the Retail Sales team with client and investor activity.
- Help improve processes, service levels and operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate:
- 1 years' experience in financial services, client services or a customer-facing role.
- Good understanding of financial services and retail investment products.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
