Potentialapplicants should have:
- 5 GCSEs at Grade 4/C or above (or equivalent),including English and Mathematics.
- Experience of successful coaching at club level.
- The ability to form meaningful relationships withyoung people across the full age range of GORSE academies.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills,with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively.
- A commitment to safeguarding, inclusion, and thedevelopment and wellbeing of young people.
