Elliott Group UK is seeking an experienced Senior Building Services Manager to oversee mechanical and electrical services across multiple construction projects throughout London. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong Senior Building Services Manager with extensive MEP experience to take responsibility for building services delivery across several live projects. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of both mechanical and electrical installations, ideally gained within a main contracting environment.
- Oversee MEP delivery across multiple construction projects in London, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme and to the required quality standards.
- Manage mechanical and electrical subcontractors, consultants and project teams across multiple sites.
- Coordinate MEP design, procurement, installation, testing, commissioning and handover.
- Review technical drawings, specifications, design submissions and construction programmes.
- Monitor building services progress, identify potential delays and implement corrective actions where required.
- Resolve technical and coordination issues between mechanical, electrical and wider construction activities.
- Work closely with Project Managers, Site Managers and commercial teams to ensure effective delivery of building services packages.
- Maintain high standards of health, safety, quality and compliance across all projects.
- Proven experience as a Senior Building Services Manager, Building Services Manager or Senior MEP Manager within the construction industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of both mechanical and electrical building services.
- Previous experience working for a main contractor is highly desirable.
- Demonstrable experience managing MEP packages across multiple construction projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of building services design coordination, construction programming, testing and commissioning.
- Excellent subcontractor management, communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and oversee multiple project teams across London.
