We are hiring for an HR Assistant to join our team at our London office and be part of an exciting and dynamic workplace!

Job Description:

  • Assisting HR with the process of recruitment, including reference checks and scheduling interviews.
  • Supporting internal and external inquiries and requests related to the HR department.
  • Compiling and maintaining paper, digital, and electronic employee records, including holiday and sickness leaves.
  • Managing the on-boarding process for all new staff.
  • Identifying training needs and organizational training.
  • Identifying key initiatives to be run within the company.
  • Working with other departments when required.
  • Overseeing HR events and meetings and coordinating management-employee communications.
  • Continuously learning the latest HR best practices to improve workplace efficiency.
