EBB are seeking a reliable, motivated Forklift Driver/Warehouse Operative to support our busy distribution team in Coalville. This is a full-time, permanent role.

The role:
- Operate a forklift truck safely for loading/unloading and moving stock
- Pick, scan, and prepare orders accurately
- Keep the warehouse safe, clean, and organised
- Complete simple documentation and follow company procedures
- Support the team with safe and efficient distribution
What we're looking for:
- Valid Counterbalance forklift licence and experience (essential)
- VNA experience/licence preferable but not essential
- Reliable team player with strong attention to detail
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable with manual handling
- Previous warehouse experience is highly desirable.
- Strong skills in materials handling, including safe lifting techniques for heavy items.
- Basic maths skills are essential for accurately processing shipments and inventory counts.
