Providing pricing and ad hoc rates to overseas partners, offices, BDMs, and customers.

Managing spot shipment quotations and tenders that require manual pricing.

Analysing and reporting on quote success rates and pricing trends.

Ensuring accurate and efficient transition of won shipment details to operational teams.

Maintaining pricing databases and tools to support business growth.

Liaising with carriers to obtain rates for quotations when required.

Ensuring compliance with commercial policies and global sales processes.

Supporting product managers with KPI reports and additional analysis.

Identifying opportunities for process improvements in pricing strategies.

Providing technical knowledge and support to the sales and operations teams.

Experience in freight forwarding and logistics.

Strong numeracy skills with a commercial mindset.

Knowledge of freight products (Import/Export, Air, Sea, Road).
