We are currently inviting applications from ambitious, career-minded candidates for the following position:

Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner

The role involves marketing and developing the services of the busy Residential department, while personally supporting as Fee Earner on the Team’s case files – using a CMS system – for work across the conveyancing spectrum.

You will need to bring…

  • previous “all round” residential conveyancing experience (minimum 2+ years) ideally gained within a fast-moving residential department, ideally with New Build experience.
  • excellent communication and IT skills, especially client-facing
  • ability to deal with a mixed caseload including sales and purchases, re-mortgages and new builds – freehold and leasehold – and registered and unregistered titles
  • experience with shared ownership leases, right to buys, assents, severances of joint tenancies and general property matters
  • networking ability with confidence to deal with third party suppliers/advisors, estate agents and developers
  • team working / team supervision skills combined with a personal ‘results’ focus.
