We are now inviting applications for an opportunity to join the Practice as a Legal Secretary based at our office in the centre of Nottingham. In this full-time role, you will be supporting our Commercial Property Department with general office / administrative duties, including audio and copy typing using the ‘BigHand’ digital dictation system.
You will need:
- Excellent audio typing skills, ideally but not necessarily gained in a legal environment
- An organised, systematic approach
- The ability to work well under pressure, either alone or as part of a team
- Well-developed interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface with clients in person and/or by telephone
- Experience using MS Word together with well-developed English language skills (essential) as you will be producing large numbers of highly detailed legal documents and case file notes.
