CONVEYANCING ASSISTANT
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced individual to join our team as a Conveyancing Assistant. In this role, you will provide essential support to our conveyancing department by assisting with various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth running of property transactions.
What will you do as Conveyancing Assistant?
- Prepare and draft legal documents, including Contracts, Transfers, and Mortgage Deeds
- Request and process searches
- Consider and respond to sales enquiries with guidance as necessary
- Assist with the preparation of completion statements
- Assist with the preparation of completion statements and financial transactions
What you will bring:
- 1+ years experience, possibly with a CLC / CILEX
- Knowledge of conveyancing processes and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
