We are currently inviting applications from ambitious, career-minded candidates to join our Commercial Property team in Derby to assist with the conveyancing needs of our corporate clients with a view to ongoing development into a commercial property role (with requisite training to be provided).
CONVEYANCER / COMMERCIAL PROPERTY
To be successful in this busy, client-facing role, you will need to bring:
- genuine ‘hands-on’ experience of residential conveyancing procedures and processes - required
- commercial property experience an advantage
- CLC / CILEx / LLB qualification or ongoing study (useful, not essential)
- ability to work as part of a team
- good organisational / administration and IT skills, using MS Office applications
- well-developed communication skills, since the role will involve significant contact with clients, both face to face and on the telephone
- ability to work both independently and under supervision
- reliability and efficiency, with a results-oriented desire to see a ‘job well done’
- enthusiasm, self-motivation and confidence.
