The role will be responsible for implementing a significant increase in service delivery over the next 5 years and will be accountable for managing both in-house and external provider relationships. There will be a major focus on provider performance and an expectation to commission the relevant services at the right time.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in public sector service delivery and a demonstrable track record of achieving economies of scale and efficiencies.
