As part of its ongoing growth, they are now seeking to appoint an experienced Senior Talent & Delivery Director to lead complex recruitment programmes, organisational transformation initiatives and digital product delivery. This is a high-profile leadership role that will work closely with senior stakeholders to shape workforce strategy, build high-performing teams and deliver innovative solutions that improve both organisational performance and the candidate experience.
This is a unique opportunity to join an ambitious organization, initially on a contract basis for 3-6 months but with the possibility of a permanent employed role in future. You will have genuine influence across talent, technology and transformation. Working closely with senior leadership, you will lead strategic recruitment initiatives whilst driving the delivery of high-profile transformation programmes and digital product development.
The successful candidate will balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, helping clients build world-class recruitment capability, implement innovative technology solutions and create high-performing teams capable of supporting long-term business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment programmes across the UK and international markets, delivering senior and executive appointments across multiple sectors
- Develop scalable workforce strategies, talent pipelines and innovative sourcing models to support ambitious growth plans
- Reduce external recruitment costs whilst improving recruitment processes, candidate experience and employer branding
- Lead the delivery of digital transformation initiatives, including ATS, CRM and AI-enabled recruitment technologies
- Act as Product Owner for key digital platforms, managing product roadmaps, backlogs and Agile delivery cycles
- Drive organisational transformation through process improvement, behavioural change programmes and operational redesign
- Partner with senior stakeholders to align workforce planning with wider business objectives
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital products from concept through to implementation
- Produce management information, market intelligence and workforce analytics to support strategic decision making
- Coach, mentor and develop high-performing recruitment, delivery and transformation teams operating across multiple locations
- Ensure compliance with diversity and inclusion standards, governance requirements and internal policies
You:
- Significant experience operating within senior Talent Acquisition, Delivery or Transformation leadership positions
- Proven track record of leading large-scale recruitment programmes across technology, financial services, healthcare, public sector or consulting environments
- Deep experience in building high-performing teams, scaling hiring operations, and delivering complex programmes across the UK, Europe, and the KSA
- Strong experience delivering organisational transformation and change programmes
- Demonstrable Product Ownership experience with SaaS platforms, ATS, CRM or AI-enabled technology solutions
- Excellent understanding of Agile delivery methodologies including Kanban, Waterfall and Prince II
- Experience implementing and optimising leading ATS platforms such as Workday, Greenhouse, SuccessFactors, Bullhorn, iCIMS or similar
- Strong commercial awareness with excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Exceptional leadership capability with experience managing geographically dispersed teams
- Highly analytical with experience producing workforce insights, dashboards and strategic reporting
- Passionate about continuous improvement, innovation and delivering outstanding client outcomes
