The Role:
This is a key leadership role within a large manufacturing operation. The Head of Production will take responsibility for leading all production and assembly activities, ensuring operational efficiency, product quality and on-time delivery across the manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will play a critical role in developing production strategy, improving manufacturing processes and building a high-performing production team capable of supporting ongoing business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all manufacturing and assembly operations to ensure productivity, efficiency and quality targets are achieved
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across production processes, workflow and operational performance
- Introduce and monitor production KPIs, reporting and performance metrics
- Identify opportunities for automation, process improvements and operational efficiencies
- Manage production budgets, operational costs and manufacturing performance
You:
- Proven experience leading Production within a manufacturing and assembly environment
- Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, production planning and continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience managing large-scale production teams within a fast-paced manufacturing setting
- Demonstrated ability to improve productivity, efficiency and operational performance
