Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Regional Sales Manager - Security Systems and Access Control to join the team. Our client is a leading provider of Security Systems and Access Control solutions, dealing with a range of blue chip clients across a variety of sectors including Retail, Managed Offices, Warehousing and Logistics etc. The business has ambitious growth aspirations, looking to double in size from 10M to 20M in the next 3 years. As part of this growth and due to existing demand from current clients, the business has created 3 new positions to hire Regional Sales Managers to cover the UK. There is an element where the role will be shaped around the individual, depending on whether the successful candidate has a greater bias toward Account Management or Business Development.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and sustain relationships with existing client base and look to “win” new clients through business development activity
- Become a face for the organisation and represent the business externally to customers and, where required, industry events
- Drive a proactive, solution orientated approach
- Act as the key contact point and facilitator between internal and external stakeholders
- Be able to demonstrate a proven track record within major and/or national accounts business development and account retention over the last 3 years
- Must be able to meet and exceed sales goals
- Must be able to demonstrate an ability to organise and plan account development and time
- Be able to design security and life safety systems to a level within their target market
- Be able to demonstrate high level communication, presentation and negotiation skills via written and verbal means
