About The Company:
Our client is a leading provider of a range of Learning and Development services, including online training, people development and HR services to a range of professional services and corporate clients. They currently sit at 5M t/o and are in a great position to drive growth over the next 3-5 years. They work with a variety of organisations from leading household names to SMEs including the likes of the NHS and Barclays Bank. Due to their appetite for growth, they are looking to bring on board a Head of Sales who can play an integral part in the organisation's next chapter. It will play a key role in their senior management team and have an impact on how the wider business is run.
Head of Sales – The Role:
As Head of Sales, you will be responsible for identifying new areas for growth, winning new business and growing existing accounts. You will be the most senior person for sales within the organisation and this will be a hands-on sales role alongside setting the business development strategy. It will work closely with the rest of the business development team, in particular with their manager, but will be a role with a lot of autonomy.
Head of Sales – Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute an agreed strategy to win new business and grow larger accounts
- Represent and promote the organisation externally
- Provide support (and lead where necessary) on bids and tenders
- Ensure that your sales activity is aligned with delivery capacity

- Capable of working a proactive BD drive sales capacity
