Our client is a fast growing financial institution that is looking to export their services to overseas markets and is looking to appoint an International Sales Manager to help them achieve this ambition. Based out of the Head Office in London, there will be a substantial amount of travel across Europe in particular, with the potential for further afield in due course.

The successful candidate will be an experienced sales manager with a proven track record in exceeding sales targets on a regular basis and ideally having built a portfolio from scratch. A background of having managed sales people will be useful as although there is no people management initially, the scope for building a team is substantial based on initial success. Having a current role that involves a lot of travel would be beneficial as a demonstration of the cultural fit.

Reporting in to the Sales Director, this role will require an ability to work autonomously and be comfortable being on the road for most of the time. In addition, delivering to individual targets will be critical with frequent reporting on progress and plans of action developed and implemented for any target under-performance.

As well as a competitive benefits package, our client is also committed to the learning and development of all their employees and provide career progression planning for all ambitious individuals, so this is a great opportunity for the right candidate.
