Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Head of Operations – Technical Support to join the team. Do you have experience of leading technical and client services? Are you looking to join a fast-paced, rapid growth FinTech business? Do you have experience leading operational functions across technology, client services and business change?
Our client is a growing payments organisation who have been expanding at a phenomenal rate over the past couple of years both in terms of personnel, product, and geographic reach. They cover a range of payment services including gateway, loyalty, POS and acquiring. As a result of continued growth, they are looking to bring on board a Head of Operations to sit across their service and technical delivery teams.
You will be responsible for their client operations, ensuring an efficient and effective client service from a technical perspective. The role will report to c-suite and has the potential to manage their overseas operations. You will regularly liaise with their clients, manage the relationship with their ticketing system alongside having an input on wider business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the client service delivery and technical teams, covering 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line support
- Manage the relationship with external providers including the management of their ticketing system
- Be a point of contact for any major client issues
- Provide strategic input into the wider operations function including operational change, technology operations and business operations from a client services point of view
Experience Required:
- Strong track record of working within the payments space
- Experience managing and maintaining client relationships
- Sound knowledge of operational processes
- Ability to implement operational change and cover technology operations
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking for an immediate start with experience within the Payments space. You are likely to have previous experience as an Operations Manager, Head of Operations, Head of Service Delivery, Group Head of Operations, Senior Business Operations Manager or similar.
