Our client is a leading UK subsidiary of a global engineering company. They provide engineering solutions to various industries including the rail and transportation sector. Their solutions are tailored to specific applications so they can be integrated into complementary systems. As a result of the Group’s ambitious growth plans to reach a global turnover of over 1.6bn in the next two years, the UK division is looking to add to their team.
About the role:
With a vast variety of clients and a great reputation within their field, the UK subsidiary is looking to continue its growth by bringing on board an experienced Business Development and/or Sales individual to grow sales within the Rail Industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Winning and developing customers within the rail industry
- Being present in the market and visiting customers frequently
- Caring for existing clients and key accounts to develop new opportunities
- Identifying and satisfying customer needs and close co-operation with product development
Experience Required:
- A mastery and excellence of sales and negotiation skills with a track record of selling into the Rail industry
- Ability to establish relationships with potential customers and clients
- A professional approach to handling customer contacts
