Our client has an exciting new opportunity for a Head of Mergers and Acquisitions Integration to join their team. Our client is a leading provider of telecommunication services with offices and clients across the globe. They have grown rapidly over recent years and expect this to continue as they look to expand their geographic footprint and service portfolio.

The Role:

  • This is a key role for the organisation moving forwards and lead the work on integrating newly acquired businesses from a people, process and system perspective.
  • It will work both pre- and post-acquisition and lead a dedicated team who work across various departments.
  • It will develop and execute multiple overlapping 100 day integrations plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the successful completion of numerous acquisition integration projects annually.
  • Prepare and develop due diligence reports on anticipated future acquisitions.
  • Develop and manage the successful integrations of new businesses across all departments.
  • Regular reporting of progress to the directors.

Experience required:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience leading on Mergers and Acquisitions integration.
  • Good understanding of technical and software-based sectors.
  • Experience leading on change management and/or business change projects.
  • The successful candidate will have worked previously for a similar service or subscription-based organisation.
  • You will have worked as a Business Integration Manager, Integration Manager or Head of Mergers and Acquisitions, Head of Business Integration, Director of Project Management or similar.
