With ambitious plans for growth, the organisation is looking to bring on board a Commercial Sales Director to relocate to Belgium and drive sales across Europe as they look to establish themselves as the leading player in the market.
The Role:
You will be responsible for all sales activity across Europe. You will develop and execute the sales strategy, in line with the company goals and objectives, focusing on driving growth through existing and new clients. You will work closely with the country Sales Managers, supporting them on crucial deals and providing them with the tools and guidance to drive success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company targets and expand the customer base across Europe

- Collaborate with the Executive team to set short and long term sales goals, and assist in key account plan development for strategic customers
- Drive input for marketing and operations alignment with sales strategies and conduct regular performance evaluations
