Managing Director – The Role: You will be responsible for the Profit and Loss of a c. The role will be diverse, covering operational and commercial aspects within the business, people and process management and development. They are looking to hire a business leader who is comfortable and competent in Profit and Loss management, business planning, process development and staff development/reorganisation. The business is part of a wider group and both short- and long-term incentives will be put in place. Managing Director - Key Responsibilities:- Seek to understand the disciplines within the business and seek to drive and develop the business as you see fit- Act as a business leader, reporting directly to the Board- Be able to work in an autonomous manner and have experience of managing Profit and Loss (ideally within a manufacturing environment)Managing Director - Experience required: The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a manufacturing organisation producing related products (electronics provided on a B2B basis).
