The Role:
This is a senior leadership opportunity responsible for driving sales performance across the UK hospitality sector. The role combines strategic ownership of the sales function with hands-on business development, focusing on both new build and refurbishment projects. You will lead and develop a high-performing team while strengthening relationships with key stakeholders including designers, architects and hotel operators. The position plays a critical role in delivering revenue growth and reinforcing the company’s premium market position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue and margin growth within the sector
- Identify and secure new business opportunities while expanding existing client relationships
- Lead, coach and develop a team of sales professionals and designers to deliver high performance
- Build strong relationships with architects, designers, developers and key decision-makers in the specification market
- Oversee key accounts and manage projects from initial enquiry through to delivery, including contract negotiation
You:
- Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, ideally within manufacturing, interiors or a related sector
- Strong track record of winning and delivering business within the hospitality or specification market
- Experience managing and developing high-performing sales teams
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Commercially astute with the ability to deliver against targets and analyse performance data
