Chief Commercial Officer – The Role: This is a career-defining opportunity to lead the commercial strategy of a growing, profitable, and well-established global manufacturer supplying major OEMs and Tier-1 partners. As CCO, you will shape and execute the company's global commercial agenda — driving growth, diversification, and profitability while embedding best-in-class governance, process excellence, and cultural leadership across multiple international sites.

Chief Commercial Officer – Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a global commercial strategy to deliver growth, margin improvement, and long-term customer partnerships
  • Lead all aspects of commercial operations, including business development, bid management, and contract negotiation
  • Drive process excellence, commercial governance, and risk management across multiple programmes and geographies
  • Build and mentor a high-performing commercial team within a matrix structure, fostering collaboration and professional development
