The Role:
They are seeking an inspirational and experienced Headteacher to lead a successful four-form entry Primary School. This appointment comes at an exciting point in the school's journey, as they look to build on strong foundations and continue driving improvement. The Headteacher will have full responsibility for the strategic direction, educational performance, and day-to-day leadership of the school, working closely with the Trust to ensure the very best outcomes for pupils, staff, and the wider community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clear, ambitious and values-driven leadership for the school
- Drive high standards of teaching, learning and pupil achievement
- Lead, develop and inspire staff to deliver an excellent educational experience
- Ensure effective safeguarding, inclusion and wellbeing for all pupils

- Successful experience as a Headteacher or Senior Deputy Leader
