Our client is a scale-up marketing agency who offer expertise in creative, media, partner technology, data and strategy, to a range of clients from household names to SME organisations. Backed by a global group, the UK business is looking to more than treble in size over the next 18 months focusing on expanding their customer base alongside their service offering.
As such they are looking to bring on board a Business Development Director who will be responsible for winning new clients, growing revenue and representing the business at UK wide events.
Business Development Director – The Role:
This is a key role for the business as they look to drive growth in the UK. The Business Development Director will be responsible for winning new clients with large e-commerce businesses, leveraging your network and business development skills, whilst working with the global team on any opportunities covering multiple territories. You will be given the autonomy to sell any product or service within their portfolio, focusing on driving revenue with every opportunity.
Business Development Director – Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement and execute an effective sales strategy to drive growth
- Work autonomously to win new business and clients
- Drive the growth and presence of the brand across the UK
- Attend networking events, conferences and client meetings in order to grow the business
Business Development Director – You:
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience working within the digital marketing, digital acceleration or digital advertising space
- Proactive, self-starter with a track record of winning new business
- International experience would be ideal but is not essential
