Social Media Manager – The Company:

Our client is a thriving, established online fashion brand operating on marketplaces within the UK and internationally. They have an exciting opportunity for a Social Media Manager to join their growing team and support the running and performance of their eCommerce platform.

Social Media Manager – The Role:

Our client is looking for the right individual to take their eCommerce to the next step through increasing brand awareness on various social media platforms. The Social Media Manager will be directly reporting to the Marketing Director whilst leading the creation of high performing brand content and managing multiple social platforms.

Social Media Manager – Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop action plans to grow followers, engage and retain them through creating and managing the brand content calendar for latest styles.
  • Manage and create content for organic and ‘paid for’ posts, PR, eCommerce, and social sites.
  • Develop & manage Brand Influencer Marketing strategy & activities for latest styles and provide input to sign off brand digital assets.
  • Provide ongoing briefings to the customer care team of launches and everyday business and provide brand specific CRM activity for Hair categories.
  • Analyse and report on campaign performance, habits, and behaviour of visitors.
  • Gain an effectiveness of product spend and activity and manage the social budget.

Social Media Manager – Experience Required:

  • The role will require you to be pivotal in helping to push the brand out there across all platforms and you must have proven hands-on experience in driving ROI across paid social.
  • You must be educated to a degree level or equivalent.
  • Must have a minimum of at least 2/3 years of experience as a social media/Marketing Manager with an ecommerce fashion brand.
  • You will have exceptional management skills and have a real passion for fashion.
