Are you looking to join a fast-paced business in an autonomous capacity? If so, our client has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Manager to join the team.

Our client is a leading recruitment agency specialising in IT based and are looking for a Sales Manager to help the company grow and reach new clients. With experience and knowledge of various roles in the tech industry, our client has been able to help businesses identify new employees to diversify their technology talent. The business has grown rapidly and now has a turnover of c.20M and has a commitment to delivering high quality services. Average contracts value anywhere up to 400K per annum and this person will be charged with taking solutions to market (the organisation already has a stellar client base across FMCG, Retail and Fintech clients).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with new clients and drive communications in an effective manner
  • Work with the Marketing team to drive prospecting campaigns, engaging content, and run events to engage key target prospects
  • Manage and oversee case studies to help improve services
  • Be able to solution sell
Experience Required:
  • Confidence in engaging with new clients, building relationships with multiple stakeholders across various levels
  • Experience in solution/consultative selling of a service, and ability to manage a sales process from beginning to end
  • Experience in leading campaigns, by events, roundtables, mail, and other means to engage key target prospects

The successful candidate is likely to have previous experience in Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, Client Consultant, Sales Engineer, Client Director, Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, Account Supervisor, Sales Manager, RPO Sales Manager, Client Principal or similar.
