Our client has an exciting opportunity for an Operations Manager to join the team.
A facilities management company based in Southeast London is currently looking for an Operations Manager to take full responsibility of building an operational model and delivering service to the client. In addition to this, the successful candidate will be given the opportunity to build their own team in the mid/long term. The company is currently experiencing multi-million-pound turnover and is owner managed. The successful individual would report directly to the owner.
The role would be focused on facing clients and promoting the soft service business, which is based in the cleaning and security industry.

As the majority of the role would involve face-to-face contact with clients, the successful candidate would be expected to spend a lot of time on the road, and only one day a week in the office. This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody who is passionate about building strong client relationships and has the experience of working within the cleaning and security industry, as well as ideally being an account/regional manager currently.
