Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Executive to join the team. After a successful 12 months, our client is looking to grow their RPO team and add a new Talent Acquisition Executive that can support their continued success.
Talent Acquisition Executive – The Role:
This role will involve supporting the recruitment function of the RPO business including providing direct resource support to clients. You will be responsible for carrying out CV filtering for live vacancies and sourcing candidates via CV databases. This role will have a particular focus on generating tech candidates through the Cord platform for business development purposes.
Talent Acquisition Executive – Key Responsibilities:
- Understand the requirements of new vacancies and source candidates that match
- Put together screening forms for new vacancies
- Carry out daily filtering of CVs from the Applicant Tracking System
- Carry out daily telephone screening of candidates ensuring suitability to vacancy requirements
- Work with Talent Acquisition Specialist to send shortlists to Hiring Managers
- Source candidates using job boards, Cord and LinkedIn for business development purposes
- Become an IT recruitment SME, focusing particularly on Dev Ops, Developer and Tester roles
- Ensure adherence to a high standard of candidate management
- Maintain contact with candidates to build relationships and look for opportunities to business develop
- Send out relevant Psychometrics, MMATs and candidate brochures to successful candidates
- Champion the use of RPO and group services where possible and relevant
- Arrange interviews with relevant hiring personnel
- Provide any other admin related support to the RPO function
