The Trust is seeking an inspiring and strategic Headteacher to take the lead at an expanding primary school. This role offers a unique opportunity to guide the school through an important phase of its development, building on current successes while driving further improvement. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the school’s leadership, setting the strategic direction and overseeing day-to-day operations, working closely with the Trust to deliver exceptional outcomes for pupils, staff, and the wider community.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide clear, values-led leadership that reflects the ethos of the school
- Drive improvements in teaching quality, learning outcomes, and pupil achievement
- Inspire, support, and develop staff to maintain high standards of education
- Ensure a strong emphasis on safeguarding, inclusion, and student wellbeing
- Work collaboratively with the Trust and other schools to share best practice and enhance performance
- Proven track record in a Headteacher role or senior leadership position (such as Deputy Head)
- Demonstrable success in raising standards and improving pupil outcomes
- Strong understanding of curriculum design, assessment practices, and school improvement planning
- Experience of leading teams and effectively managing staff performance
- A genuine commitment to inclusive education and active community involvement
- Comprehensive leadership support, including coaching or mentoring at executive level
