The Trust is seeking an inspiring and strategic Headteacher to take the lead at an expanding primary school. This role offers a unique opportunity to guide the school through an important phase of its development, building on current successes while driving further improvement. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the school’s leadership, setting the strategic direction and overseeing day-to-day operations, working closely with the Trust to deliver exceptional outcomes for pupils, staff, and the wider community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience of leading teams and effectively managing staff performance
  • A genuine commitment to inclusive education and active community involvement
