As the organisation continues to grow, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced education leader to shape and oversee the delivery of high-quality education services.
The Role: The Education Delivery Manager is the senior educational leader responsible for maintaining exceptional standards in education delivery. This role combines strategic oversight with operational leadership, ensuring quality assurance, safeguarding excellence and continuous service improvement across the organisation. You will lead and develop the education team, provide expert guidance on complex educational and safeguarding matters, and work collaboratively with senior leaders to ensure services continue to meet the highest professional and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the education delivery function, ensuring consistently high standards of quality, safeguarding, compliance and learner outcomes
- Provide strategic oversight across education delivery, monitoring performance, operational effectiveness and continuous service improvement
- Develop and lead a high-performing education team, building a culture of accountability, professional development and excellence
- Build strong relationships with commissioners, local authorities and external partners
- Contribute to organisational planning and service development by using educational expertise and performance insights to drive improvements
You:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with current or recent Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) experience
- Significant leadership experience within education, SEND, alternative provision or specialist education
- Strong understanding of safeguarding, education quality assurance, compliance and stakeholder management, including working with local authorities or commissioners
- Commercially aware with excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
