Salary: £90k per annum+ competitive package

Chief Operations Officer – The Role:
The Chief Operations Officer (COO) will play a pivotal role in driving the expansion into the childcare industry. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, shaping and executing the strategy, and managing the process from start to finish. Chief Operations Officer – Key Responsibilities:
– Lead the identification & procurement of new nursery locations with growth potential
– Work with the commercial property agents, local authorities and other stakeholders to facilitate site acquisition and development
– Oversee the set up and successful launch of new nursery locations
– Manage the day-to-day operations of trading nurseries ensuring full compliance with regulations and industry standards
– Develop and oversee financial budgets to ensure profitability and sustainability
Chief Operations Officer – You:
– Operational experience within the childcare sector
– History of identifying, procuring and opening new business locations
– Full understanding of health & safety regulations and compliance in this sector
