Job Title: Legal ScrumMaster & Agile Coach

Job Brief:

Seeking an experienced professional with:

1. 10+ years of software development experience, including 3-5 years as a Technical Lead
2. Excellent communication skills for articulating technical details across organizational boundaries
3. Deep understanding of the Scrum framework, including roles, artifacts, and ceremonies
4. Proficiency in Agile methodologies such as Kanban, Lean, and XP
5. Mastery in facilitation techniques
6. Experience with Low Code platforms: Pega, NewGen, Power Apps, Guidewire
7. Knowledge of Digital Platforms & CRM: Sitecore or Sitefinity
8. Exposure to SaaS platforms/services and architectural awareness
9. Experience with Cloud Application Management via Azure DevOps and Pipelines
10. Experience with Integration platforms like BizTalk, Node.js, AngularJS
11. Exposure to cloud solutions on AWS or Google Cloud
12. Solid experience with CI/CD platforms such as Azure Pipelines, Jenkins, AWS CodeDeploy
13. Legal background is required
