Your Role:
- Design Support
- Assist in the development of seasonal outdoor clothing and accessories collections, from concept through to final sample realisation.
- Support trend analysis, competitor research, fabric & material research and colour theory.
- Produce and update inspiration documents.
- Assist in creating and updating CADs, tech packs and spec sheets for new designs and product updates.
- T-Shirt graphics creation.
- Product assets creation, including logo application design, hardware design, packaging and label creation.
- Opportunity to travel to China for development trips.
- Sampling & Product Coordination
- Assist in organising samples with our in-house sample room and designated suppliers.
- Manage sampling deadlines and sample movement logistics.
- Review completed samples, ensuring all designs align with the design brief.
- Participate in fit sessions and assist with feedback documentation.
- Creative & Marketing
- Assist in preparing clothing and accessories for studio and outdoor photoshoots, including sample preparation and styling.
- Assist during studio and outdoor photoshoots and community events.
- Assist in event planning, from concept through to final event realisation.
- Writing product photography instructions and checking instructions have been followed.
- Support with product photography filing, re-naming, descriptions and e-commerce merchandising.
- Image re-touching (if needed).
- Opportunity to attend seasonal trade shows.
- Media Creation
- Assist with seasonal catalogue and lookbook creation.
- Website design updates.
- Administrative Support
- Help manage the design calendar, critical path, and sample deadlines.
- Keep design documentation, artwork files, and folders well organised and up to date.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field.

- Excellent sketching and technical drawing skills.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- A passion for outdoor activities and an understanding of the needs of outdoor enthusiasts.
