Ellie Mental Health is seeking a fully licensed therapist to serve as the Lead Therapist for our Birmingham clinic.
This is a full-time role combining an active clinical caseload with on-site leadership, clinical consultation and supervision, clinician development, clinic oversight, and structured community outreach.
The Lead Therapist will provide Birmingham with a consistent, accessible local leader who is invested in the success of the clinic, its clinicians, and its clients.
