The Role: Junior Personal Shopper
As a Junior Personal Shopper, you will be expected to manage and build on your portfolio of clients to drive the sales of luxury goods. You will be responsible for curating personalised product selections, building strong client relationships. The role relies heavily on teamwork, processes, organisation, and determination.
This position may require frequent international travel when necessary.

You are confident in:
- G suite
- Creating edits
- Learning new platforms
You will:
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients, ensuring exceptional service and loyalty.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to provide expert styling and product recommendations.
- Curate and source exclusive products tailored to individual client preferences.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance the overall client experience.
- Explore strategies to re-engage dormant clients and attract new ones.
- Proactively drive sales growth by identifying opportunities within your client base.
- Utilise social media and digital tools to engage with clients and expand your network.
- Negotiate commissions and introduce partnership opportunities to the business.
- Be responsible for meeting your monthly sales targets & KPIs.
You have:
- More than 2 years’ experience within the luxury industry.
- Well-established network of contacts within the luxury fashion sector.
- Strong skills in creating cohesive and visually appealing styling edits are required.
- The ability to provide expert guidance across all product categories.
- Multilingual skills are a plus, particularly in French, Italian, Arabic, or Mandarin.
The Offer:
- Salary – £28,000 – £35,000 per annum – 6 month probation
- Bonus structure & potential for commission
- Basis: Full time
